Alexandra is a specialist in mainstream corporate work and practices in all areas of civil and commercial law. Alexandra provides advice to companies of all sizes, not profit organizations and other commercial enterprises on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, commercial arrangements, transactional matters, real estate aspects, asset protection guarantee, product liability, commercial securities and financing, competition and consumer law, IT Law and data protection. As an Intellectual property expert Alexandra undertakes a variety of matters within protection of intelectual rights, including licensing issues, mergers and litigation.
Alexandra holds law degree from the University Al I Cuza of Iasi Law School and internationally recognized postgraduate law degree LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the University Konstanz Germany. Alexandra holds a degree in Trade Marks consulting.

Alexandra worked previous in other international German law firms 2005-2014. Her main areas of practice included mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, rights issues, securities offerings, general corporate advisory work. Alexandra has adviced large multinationals and nationals on complex data protection and information management issues, including issues around international data transfers, confidentiality, professional secrecy rules and disclosure and data destruction obligations
Alexandra has numerous publications in specialized law journals and she is the coauthor of Romanian Contract Book
