Razvan is a highly regarded lawyer with a very good record in commercial disputes and recognised expertise in contentious financial services. Razvan has a track record of successfully advising on high value matters including breach of contract claims, partnership and shareholder disputes and civil fraud cases. He act on substantial and heavyweight commercial and financial litigation. Razvan has substantial High Court trial experience, as well as expertise in assisting clients to resolve disputes through mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Razvan has a degree in Romanian Law and a master degree in Private and Public International Law, both issued by the Faculty of Law, Alexandru I. Cuza University of Iasi. He is a member of the Bar Association since January 2005.
During his long career as attorney-at-law, Razvan has been specialized in a wide variety of litigation and arbitration cases. Razvan’s solid practice in this area includes a broad range of complex civil and commercial litigations, especially in matters concerning administrative-contentious (fiscal and customs matters, disputes involving public procurement and concessions, and transport law), civil and commercial agreements, various contractual and tort liability cases, corporate law litigation (shareholder disputes, withdrawals and buy-outs from the company, annulment of GMS resolutions) as well as enforcement procedure and insolvency matters.
In addition, Razvan’s practice focuses on granting legal assistance and representing clients before Romanian arbitration courts.
