Lucian is recognised as a business compliance legal consultant, with high expertise in trade/labour law, regulatory investigations and commercial / administrative litigations. He has many years of experience in conducting Due-Diligence reports, acting on complex business projects and related disputes. Lucian also helps clients to resolve disputes through alternative methods and convenient transactions.
As a part of the business consultancy area, he coordinates fiduciary operations and private investments projects in the clients’ best interest.
Lucian Arnautu holds a degree in Romanian Law from the University Al I Cuza of Iasi Law School, a LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the same University, in Private and Public International Law.
He is a Ph.D Candidate in Labour Law, and also attended the postgraduate courses in International Affairs at the ELITEC Economics School of „Al. I. Cuza” Univ. Iasi.
He graduated the „European Business Law” classes, a program that has been coordinated by Davide Galotti, professor at the Perugia University, Italy and a International Marketing course coordinated by Ph.D. Victoria Seitz, from California State University U. S. A.
Lucian Arnautu is a member of the Bar Association since 2005.
Lucian advises clients on corporate issues, real estate matters, environment law, insolvency and litigations upon civil, commercial, fiscal, labour or copyright disputes.
He also covers a wide range of commercial issues, including contracts negotiation, transactions, acquisitions, legal counsel, trade regulations and debts recovery
Lucian Arnautu teaches Labor Law and Civil Law at „Petre Andrei” University - Law School of Iasi, as a Lecturer professor.
Mr. Lucian Arnautu has developed increasing interest in trade law topics and law research. His publishing activity is resumed by a Labor Law monografy and 17 law articles, regarding business law topics, edited by different law journals.
